About Us
Born and raised in Southern California, I currently reside in San Diego with my husband, daughter , and two fur kids. Our home is an eclectic mix of flea market finds and items passed down through generations.
My passion for decorating and collecting began at the early age of 14. When my friends were going to the beach or hanging out..I would be hitting the second hand shops and tag sales to find a treasure. My grandmother's steamer trunk became my storage box, and it wasn't long before it was filled to the top. I would then stash dishes and collectibles under my bed and on my top closet shelf. At least once a week, I would pull everything out, just to look at it for the hundredth time, and dream of the day I would use it in my own home.
Our only child seems to have inherited the incurable collecting gene. She loves to tag along to the flea markets and thrift shops every chance she gets. We love many of the same things, so it can get a little competitive at times...but I always give in to her.
I started selling on ebay over 8 years ago, and occasionally list and item or two still today. I decided to open my own little web shoppe to save mounting eBay fees. I also liked the idea that if a customer sees something of interest, they can purchase it immediately without bidding. I know first hand how dissapointing it can be to be outbid at the last second.
I've met many wonderful people through eBay, and my hope is to continue those friendships through my web site.
